My brother

I try to get up and run every other morning at 6:30am. When I do go out in the morning to run. It is really calm outside. You can see the light of morning begining to slowly show over the mountains in the east. The East is considered in many customs and cultures sacred. The East is the source of Light. This is a good time for reflection. Sometimes when running I feel weak and I want to stop running or slow down. But I can hear your voice Clint in my head. Saying "keep going", "get up there", "make a brother proud", "don't stop", "cowboy up". Thanks for keeping me moving brother.
